The Equipmentfacts.com™ Online Bidding system is user friendly and easy to navigate. You see exactly what you are bidding on, the current asking price and you are able to chat with us live one on one during the auction. The Equipmentfacts.com™ Online Bidding system brings the auction live right to your computer.

The Equipmentfacts.com™ Online Bidding system offers Live Audio with less than 1/3 of a second delay and Live Video of 7-12 frames per second with a delay of less than ½ of a second. The Online Bidding system also provides a detailed Sale Day Catalog with multiple photographs of each lot. When Live Video is not available, pre-recorded video clips of each lot can be provided.

How to become an Online Bidder

In order to participate in our online auction you must obtain a Bidder Number and Password. This Bidder Number and Password will be yours for every online auction conducted by Equipmentfacts.com.

Complete the application and click "Register". Make sure you read and accept the Terms and Conditions. We will review your application and if complete, you will be emailed your Bidder Number and Password. Make sure you type in your correct email address and if you have a spam blocker, allow emails to be sent to you from bidders@equipmentfacts.com.

Now that you have a Bidder Number and Password you will be ready to Sign Up for all our online auctions. To sign up, go to our home page and click on "Auction Details" next to the auction of choice, then click on "Sign Up For Auction". Complete steps 1,2,3 & 4 on the application.

Please note some Auctioneers require a Bank Letter of Guarante in order to approve you to bid online. The Bank Letter must be faxed to 908-842-0427. If you are unable to obtain a Bank Letter, contact the Auctioneer for any special consideration in order to be approved to bid online. Below is a Sample Bank Letter:

Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank.  We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in (Auction Location) on (Auction Date).  We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.
