• $1 – $7,500 – 10% $500 cap per item
• $7,501 – $20,000 – $750 per item
• $20,001 – $50,000 – $1,000 per item
• $50,001 – $100,000 – $1,500 per item
• $100,001 – $150,000 – $2,000 per item
• $150,001 – $200,000 – $2,500 per item
• $200,001 – $250,000 – $3,000 per item
• $250,001 – $300,000 – $3,500 per item

Payment Options: Cash, Check, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card. (3% fee for cards unless using debit card in person)

Payment Instructions: Buyer will receive an invoice after the auction has ended. Buyer is responsible for calling the office within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make payment arrangements. Failure to pay in a reasonable time frame will result in a permanent ban from all bidding platforms. Purchase of Industrial and lawn and garden equipment will be charged Illinois sales tax (6.5%) unless a valid resale certificate is supplied. Purchase of equipment with a title will incur a $25 title fee.

Pickup & Shipping: Buyer is responsible for pickup of equipment or scheduling pickup within 30 days after purchase. Equipment will not leave the premises until it's paid for in full.

Buyer Conduct: Buyer acknowledges and agrees that by placing a winning bid, he, she, or user will be responsible for payment on said item. Failure to make payment will result in permanent ban on all bidding platforms plus up to a $10,000.00 no pay fee.

BuyBack: Use of online bidding platforms to protect your items will result in a FULL CHARGE internet premium. This only occurs on winning bids.
