Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. All Bidders understand all descriptions have been provided by seller. Be sure to check out all items before bidding - all sales final – as is condition – All items are the buyer’s responsibility once you have won the high bid.
Payment Options: All payments are required to be paid in full, within three days, by Monday, June 12, 2026. Wire transfer is the preferred payment choice. Cash will be accepted at pick up if paid by Monday, June 12, 2026. If paying by check- checks need to be mailed immediately after sale using priority mail and items will be released after check clears. Check, Wire Transfer, and Cash and no items released until funds are cleared. No exceptions, after 3 days a daily surcharge will be applied of $45 per day.

Payment Instructions: All payments made payable to O’Brien Auctioneers LLC. THERE IS A 8% BUYERS PREMIUM ON All ITEMS. High Bidder may pay for purchased items through cash or check in person by appointment, good check with positive ID in person or by mail or wire transfer. Please call ahead for appointment 920-960-0685. There will be a Buyer’s Premium on all purchases at this Auction. Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% applies unless otherwise exempt ( tax exempt form needs to be on file with us ). Buyers may also pay through wire transfer upon request to auction company. Auction Company will deliver wire instructions upon request.

Shipping Instructions: No Items removed until funds approved. Load-out assistance is available upon request by appointment. Winning bidders are required to make their own arrangements for the pick-up and removal. All shipping & handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
