AUCTION TERMS:

All items are sold “as is, where is” with all faults, no guarantees, or warranties as to the condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. Items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon the final gavel. Auctioneer and equipment owners will not be held liable for unforeseen, unknown, hidden, or unreported internal, external, mechanical, or cosmetic damage or breakage, or errors in listings beyond our control. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Hours on machine are not guaranteed beyond what is indicated by the hour meter. It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from your inspection.

POST AUCTION TERMS:

Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of completion of the auction to confirm purchase and payment details. We accept cash, certified check and wires. (Domestic wire transfers will incur a $25 service charge. Foreign wire transfers will incur a $50 service charge). Payments need to be received and paid in full within 3 days of the completion of the auction. Partial payments are not accepted. We will send an invoice to the email address you registered with Auction Time upon sale conclusion. All sales are final, no refunds will be distributed after payment is accepted. Sales Tax will apply unless exempt. "Must provide a copy of Tax Exemption". Buyer is responsible for shipping.

EQUIPMENT PICKUP:

Successful bidder has 30 days to pick up the purchased item. After the 30 days, a $25 per day storage fee will be incurred. Once 90 days has expired, the purchased lot becomes property of JW Auctions, LLC. Purchaser will be responsible and liable for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Loading assistance is provided as courtesy only, and may not be available without 24 hours notice. Unscheduled pickups may be turned away, but we will do our best to assist you with the loading process. The first hour of loading comes at no cost, additional time required for the loading process will be charged $50 per man hour.

See seller information above if any questions arise within the bidding/buying process. Terms and conditions apply to all purchases and there will be no acceptations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confine by the predetermined rules and regulation which have been created unique to each seller.
