Description
All equipment must be removed from our yard within two (2) weeks of the auction closing date. Reasonable accommodations may be made for OUT-OF-STATE and INTERNATIONAL buyers only, if arrangements are communicated and approved in advance. Any items not removed within 30 days of the auction closing will be considered abandoned and become the property of the auction company. All purchases must be paid in full before any items will be released. Paid receipts are required for verification and pickup. Our Auction Manager personally emails invoices within 48 hours following the auction. Your invoice email will include payment instructions, pickup information, and all applicable auction terms. Please note that the online bidding platforms we use do NOT automatically process payment at the close of the sale. Buyers are responsible for submitting payment directly to MacFadden & Sons. IMPORTANT: Please add auctions@ to your contacts or safe sender list. Otherwise, our invoice emails may be flagged as spam or junk mail and may not appear in your inbox.Specifications
