Lane Brothers Auctions LLC makes a Honest attempt to provide accurate information on items listed as to condition, year model, hours etc but we can ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE without any doubt we will make a few mistakes, and there will be errors in this catalog. Any errors made in picturing or describing items do NOT negate the buyers responsibility to pay for their purchases. We will make every attempt possible to correct these errors before each lot hits the Auction Block. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure each item meets his or her needs and requirements before placing any bids. Check back often for updates. Lane brothers Auction Company will charge a 10% Buyers Premium with a $2000.00 Cap per item. Internet bidders will pay a Internet fee of 2% additionally per item. All Payments must be made no later than 3 business days following completion of Auction. Invoices will come from Lane Brothers Auction Staff Member. Payment method is by Wire Transfer, Check with proof of funds, Cash, or Credit Card with 3% handling fee added. No item can be removed without paid in full invoice.
