ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied for description, condition, or fitness for use. * Buyers will incur a 10% buyer's premium per item, capped at $500, along with a 3% internet provider fee per item, which has no cap. (This fee is in addition to Wolgemuth Auction’s buyer’s premium). * Full payment is required within 3 business days, failure to comply will result in necessary consequential actions being taken such as possible late fee charges * A 6% Pennsylvania state tax will apply to all purchases apart from items qualifying for farming use or resale after Wolgemuth Auction receives a proper sales tax exemption form. Domestic wire transactions will incur a $15 fee, while international wire transactions will have a $40 fee. * Items purchased must be picked up within 30 days from the date of sale, “NO EXCEPTIONS” failure to do so may result in the sale of the items to cover storage fees, unless otherwise authorized by office management. * WIRE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS “IMPORTANT” * You must include your Buyer Number and Sale Date as a reference in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit.
