Upon bidding, Bidder agrees to accept these terms and conditions and will be bound by them. Please inspect all items before bidding. Sturgis Auctions Online makes no warranty, expressed or implied.

Buyer's Premium of 7%, capped at $2500, will be applied to all online purchases.

Note - Winning Online Bidders will receive an invoice via email from Sturgis Auctions Online within 24 hours of sale ending. Invoices are to be paid within 72 hours from receipt of invoice.

Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.

All purchases must be paid in full. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed at pick-up times if scheduled, or within 14 days from auction date unless prior arrangements are made. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who is responsible for the removal of items and must plan accordingly.

Items not removed within 30 days of auction ending will be considered abandoned and dealt with at the discretion of Auctioneer.

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, e-check personal or company check (approved or accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).

Sturgis Auctions Online makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. Sturgis Auctions Online is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise.

Warranty and condition of items sold: all lots and items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults, and with no express or implied warranties. this sale is a sale to the business community of "equipment" and "inventory" without any express or implied warranties. No action taken by the auctioneer, or its agents is intended to create any express or implied warranty as to any lot or item in this sale. The auctioneer specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular use, conformity with environmental laws or requirements, non-infringement, accuracy, title, or any other statutory or common law warranty. It is believed that all descriptions are accurate though not guaranteed.
