    Serial: 9/73 Peck, Stow, Wilcox 137-L Press  cutter HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS   The Peck, Stow & Wilcox (Pexto) Model 137-L  is a manual foot-operated squaring shear designed for precise metalworking. It is  primarily used to slice thinner sheet metals  to size, operating similarly to a pair of  scissors when the foot treadle is depressed.
