-Pre bidding Starts July 5th-14th, Live Auctioneer takes over STARTING AT 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on Lot#1 and will sell in sequential order.

-Successful Buyers Will Receive an Emailed Invoice with Wire Transfer/Payment Instructions. ALL PURCHASES TO BE PAID IN FULL 3-Business Days following the auction REGARDLESS OF EXCUSES.

-5% Buyers Fee Will Be Assessed on All individual Lots with A $2,500 CAP.

-Applicable California County Sales Tax Of 8.25% And Or 3.25% With A Signed Farm Tax Partial Exemption.

-Resale Certificate Required for Qualified Buyers.

-Out Of State/Country Buyers Must Provide A VALID BILL OF LAIDING.

-Assisted loadout Saturday following the sale 8AM-12PM. CLOSED SUNDAY

Regular Load Out Days Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM daily.

ALL LOTS TO BE REMOVED 10-days after the auction.

-International buyers if wanted will need to make arrangements with us for additional load out time.
