While this is not a comprehensive mechanical inspection, the following areas are typically reviewed, in order: - AC/Heat - Checked for basic operation - Windows - Checked to open and close - Driver's Seat - Checked for adjustability and function - Backup Camera - Checked for visibility and activation (if equipped) - Warning Lights & Codes - Checked for any visible dashboard alerts or indicators - Driving - Vehicles are driven on local streets up to one block and only driven up to 35 MPH - Vehicle Accessories - Power Take-Offs (PTOs), dump beds, winches, and other features checked for basic operation when applicable This evaluation process is intended to provide a general overview of each vehicle's functionality. Compass makes no guarantees regarding mechanical condition, and all bidders are encouraged to conduct their own inspections prior to placing bids.
