Buyer’s Premium
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total purchase price for all online sales. There is a 5% Buyers Premium onsite.
As-Is Condition & Inspection Notice
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Kaufman Auctions, LLC (“Auction Company”) and the Seller make no representations or warranties as to the condition, functionality, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose of any item. By bidding, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to have inspected or had the opportunity to inspect all items prior to bidding and accepts each item in its present condition with all faults and defects.
Note: “Runs” means that our mechanics had the truck running briefly and were able to move it into the auction lineup. To get some of the trucks running, new batteries may have been installed or other minor repairs made. Since it has been 30 days or more from the time the trucks were last started to the auction date, no guarantees are made that they will start or run at pickup.
Catalog Listings & Descriptions
Descriptions, photos, or other representations are provided as a service to bidders and are based on information believed to be accurate. However, no guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied. Bidders must rely on their own judgment and inspection.
Payment Terms
Payment accepted by Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card for invoices under $3,000 (an additional fee applies to Credit Card payments). ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS! 10% buyers premium online, 5% buyers premium onsite. Applicable local sales tax applies. No items may be removed until payment has been received and verified
Title Information
Titles will not be mailed until at least ten (10) business days after full payment has been verified, and all purchased items have been picked up/removed from the yard, no exceptions! Titles will be issued only in the name of the registered buyer as entered at registration. Titles will be shipped via UPS to the address listed on the buyer’s registration record.
Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all sales tax, title, and registration fees applicable in their jurisdiction. Buyer understands and agrees that any tax liability resulting from the purchase is their sole responsibility.
Load-Out & Removal

Location of sale is 5088 4880 E, Vernal, UT 84078.
Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM only. No exceptions! Buyer is solely responsible for arranging towing, winching, or loading. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer immediately upon award of bid.
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to resell your items and without issuing a refund.

Note: Loading Responsibility; If the truck or equipment requires towing, winching, or crane assistance, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and coordinate with a local towing company to be onsite at the same time as their driver. All related fees and costs for loading are the buyer’s responsibility.
Online Bidding Disclaimer
Online bidding is offered as a convenience only. Kaufman Auctions makes no warranties or guarantees regarding connectivity, accessibility, or real-time transmission. In the event of a tie bid, preference shall be given to the onsite bidder
Liability & Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaufman Auctions, LLC, its agents, employees, and the Seller from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the auction, purchase, possession, transport, use, or operation of any purchased item.
Governing Law & Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah & Texas. Venue for any dispute shall be in Holmes County, Ohio, unless otherwise determined by Kaufman Auctions, LLC.
Acknowledgment
By registering for and/or placing a bid, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions, and agree to be bound thereby.
