-RELOCATING EQUIPMENT: In the event a piece of equipment needs relocated to a loading dock or transported to an equipment service company for dismantling, the Auction Company reserves the right to charge the Buyer for this service whether performed by a team member or third party. Any damages of equipment in transport will not be responsibility of the Auction Company or third party.

-ITEM REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 14 days after the auction.

-PAYMENT SUBMISSION: Internet buyers must have payment made by 4 calendar day following auction date, by 5PM EST. NO EXCEPTIONS. All late payments are subject to a $50 per day late fee.

-EXPORTING: All items that are purchased for export are complete responsibility of the buyer to arrange transportation. Auction Company does not offer any dismantling, loading or cleaning of any equipment.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
