We do not guarantee year, model, hours, mileage, etc... Announcements day of auction take precedence. All sales are subject to MS State Sales Tax. A buyer’s premium of 10% will be collected on each item. We do not guarantee miles, hours, etc. We encourage buyers to come and inspect items in person. Title Delay means that we will get the title or title app sent out to you within 60 business days of the auction close. If we do not get you the title and or title app within the 60 business days, then you can bring the item back to us and we will refund the purchase price only. Any disputes between auction company and bidder will be handled in the Attala County, Mississippi courts. By agreeing to these terms, bidder is responsible for any bids (whether intentional or accidental) made from their account. Bidder agrees that they will pay for all items won by their bid number. Bidder agrees to pay a 25% late fee if they don't have their invoice paid by the due date. Bidder also agrees to cover the Court Costs for Thomas Auction and Real Estate in the event the auction company decides to take the bidder to court.
