All items sold at Dynamite Auction Company are sold as-is, where is with no warranty and all sales are final. Payment will be accepted by cash, check, credit card, or wire transfer. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all purchases. An additional 3% charge will be added on all items purchased through Equipment Facts. An additional 4% charge will be added on all credit card purchases. No credit card purchases allowed over $3,000. A $25 charge will be added on all wire transfers. Wire transfers will be accepted Monday and Tuesday for online purchases only. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases at 9.75% unless you have a tax resale number or farm exempt card with you on the day of sale. All payments are due in full on the day of the auction. Purchased equipment can be picked beginning Monday, August 12th. All equipment must be picked up from Dynamite Auction Company within 10 business days. All announcements made day of sale take precedence over catalog, catalog is guide only.
