All equipment is sold “As IS” without warranty either expressed or implied. All sales are final. "You are responsible for your bid. Bids cannot be revoked for any reason. Internet Premium: A 5% Buyers Premium with a $1,000 premium cap will be charged on all items.

Sales Tax: Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Nebraska SALES TAX is 5.5% and applied to all purchases that are not tax-exempt. Antique farm equipment is taxable in the state of Nebraska. Trucks and trailers with title and license will be supplied a Bill of Sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the state of the purchaser. Allow up to 30 days for titles to be issued.

Payment is required by cash, good check, credit card or wire transfer. All payments will be in U.S. Dollars and paid in full within 3 business days of auction close. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. A 5% credit card processing fee will be added to all items paid with credit card.

A $20 Wire Transfer Fee will be added to all wire transfers. Instructions for wire transfer will be attached to your invoice which will be emailed to the email address on file after the auction. Please be patient while we work the auction. Your invoice and instructions will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Buyers are responsible for making pick up arrangements for all items within 3 weeks unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. Please call ahead at least 24 hours in advance to set a pickup time. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7AM-5PM & Saturday, 7AM-12:00PM central standard time. If you are the successful bidder on an item, you are responsible for the item in the event it is stolen, lost, etc. All shipping and logistics are the responsibility of the buyer. After 3 weeks ownership rights will revert to the seller for disposition.
