Conditions of Sale
A $1,500 Credit Card Deposit is required to bid online, THIS IS JUST A HOLD! It will not be charged unless you fail to pay for an item that you won at auction. It will automatically be released 5 business after the auction if you do not win anything and/or you complete payment within the specified payment window below
All items are sold as-is, where-is without any guarantee unless stated by the Auctioneer at the
time of sale.
Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC makes every effort to accurately represents all items listed for
sale. However, there is the possibility of error. Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC is not responsible
for any errors or omissions in the merchandise description.
Please inspect all items before bidding; Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC makes no warranty,
expressed or implied. The bidder is responsible for determining the condition, age,
genuineness, value, and other determinative factors of Items for sale.
All bids and sales are final. You may not withdraw your offer or return the merchandise.
The buyer accepts full responsibility for the Merchandise once the Auctioneer says 'SOLD'.
Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC.is not responsible for Theft.
NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS allowed.
The Auctioneer will have the final say as to the highest bidder.
Bidding Payment and Premium
All online invoices pay a 12% Buyer Premium.
There will be an additional 3.5% added with payments made using Credit card
There is a 7.5% Sales Tax added to all Invoices, unless a valid FL tax exempt form is presented at the time of purchase
Cashier Checks/ Money Orders should be payable to Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC (No holds
allowed). We accept all major credit and debit cards up to $5,000. Cash or cashier's check for
invoices over $5000.
All payments MUST be paid in full day of auction or first business day thereafter.
Tax and Title
IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a fee to pay via wire transfer
Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC will provide a Bill of Sale and an open Title at the time of
payment.
Fisher & Roes Auctioneers LLC does not handle title transfer or sales tax for titled items. Sales
tax is paid directly to the DMV by the Buyer.
Removal and Pick up
Buyer must remove all items by the Wednesday following the auction close. Any items left after
the removal date are abandoned, towed at the owners expense and sold at the next Auction or
Auctioneer's dispense. There will be a $50 per day, per item rental fee for any item left on site
Only bid if you can pick up items.
NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS allowed.
General
All announcements made on sale day supersede any and every written or implied. Although
despite our efforts to avoid withdrawal of items from the sale, it may sometimes be necessary.
