Description
Approximately 30,000 bushel capacity.
Measures 42 feet in diameter, 19 feet tall (6
wide rings). GSI bin installed new in 2005 by
Sims Construction. Features an electric grain
distributor, wrap around stairway, roof air
vents, all wiring installed in conduit, a GSI
propane burner with 28" fan. Equipped with a
bin sweep unloading auger with 10
horsepower Baldor electric motor. Equipped
with double auger DMC Stir-a-tor. Serviced
every year before being filled. Buyer responsible for tear-down and removal. Must provide certificate of insurance to seller before work begins. Must be removed no later than January 1, 2027, unless other arrangements are agreed to with owner. Bin jacks are available to rent locally from Sims Construction.Specifications
