installed, wrap around stairway, roof air
vents, all wiring installed in conduit, and a
24" fan. Equipped with a bin sweep unloading
auger with 7.5-horsepower Baldor electric
motor. Serviced every year before being filled. Buyer responsible for tear-down and removal. Must provide certificate of insurance to seller before work begins. Must be removed no later than January 1, 2027, unless other arrangements are agreed to with owner. Bin jacks are available to rent locally from Sims Construction.Specifications
