PICK UP DATES: THURSDAY; AUG 20th & FRIDAY; AUGUST 21st 8:30-4:30 PM. All items must be removed within this time frame or by appointment no later than Thursday; August 27th. PICK UP LOCATION: 2425 Johnstown Utica Rd NWÂ Â Â Utica, OH. 43080. AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers has not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. There is a $50 per title fee charged to the buyer. Â Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. We will assist with loaders to load equipment but there is no mechanical assistance provided for removing parts or break down. Buyer agrees to hold harmless any damage during load out. Any items left after pickup by date will be subject to a $50/lot storage fee. Items left longer than 30 days from auction date will be considered abandoned.
