Pick up and/or shipping of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All items that are left at sale location are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be removed within the designated hours of pick up after being declared the winning bidder. (Unless previous arrangements are made and agreed upon via email correspondence.) NO ITEM TO BE LEFT LONGER THAN 10 DAYS AFTER CLOSE OF SALE.

BBH AUCTIONS is in no way responsible for shipping, storage, or disposition of purchased items. All transport and storage of items are made at buyer's expenses. (Unless previous arrangements are made and agreed upon via email or text correspondence.)

BBH AUCTIONS has the right to cancel, postpone, and/or reopen the auction in the event of technical or personal issues.

SHIPPED ITEMS are the Buyers responsibility, BBH Auctions can and will arrange shipping for an added fees, but will NOT be responsible for any damage claims. ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL HANDLED BETWEEN BUYER AND SHIPPING COMPANY.
