* If you show up to the auction and bid LIVE there is NO Buyer's Premium.
* If you show up to the auction and bid online and win, you WILL be charged the buyer's premium.

If you are bidding on behalf of someone else and are high bidder, there will be a $100 fee to do a name, address, and billing change in our system.

AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS:
* We recommend you INSURE PURCHASES IMMEDIATELY.
* If you are the winning ONLINE bidder, payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing (Yes even on a weekend). Buyer's not paying w/in 24 hours of invoicing will get to pay a $50/day late fee.
* PAYMENT IS NOT CONTINGENT ON FINANCING, that needs to have been arranged prior to bidding.
* Nebraska Sales tax will be charged unless:
(1) Item is non-taxable such as an automobile, trailer, etc.
(2) Buyer is tax exempt.
(3) Item is used for farming & buyer signs a Form 13 (supplied by us).

PAYMENT: The PREFERRED form of payment is ACH bank transfer (aka an electronic check - which is free and easy). Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoicing. Instructions will be emailed to you and a text will be sent to you.

We also accept Wire Transfer with buyer paying our $20 incoming wire fee.

The seller, Real Estate Solutions Team, and R.E.S.T Ag and Action make no warranties or guarantees of the items being sold whether written or implied. All sales are final. Items are being represented to the best of our knowledge, but it is up to the buyer to make their own conclusions. The buyer is encouraged to inspect items prior to the auction and bid based on their own conclusions.

*It is the responsibility of the buyer to bid based on their own conclusions and inspections.
