1. Please register to bid DAYS in advance of the auction. This can take a day or two to be approved and we want to make sure you are able to bid on sale day. 2. PLEASE be careful when watching/bidding on items. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and OBLIGATION to pay for EVERYTHING purchased on your bidding number. For example, if you leave your phone unattended or browser opened and someone accidentally bids on an item, you ARE RESPONSIBLE for paying for that item. These items are not owned by us and WE need to pay our consignors. 3. If you need more information about a piece, please contact our office at 570-546-6907. We will get you the additional information so that you are satisified with your purchase. 4. There CAN BE TYPOS in the catalog. We do our best to prevent this but there can be human error. We apologize in advance for this if an error does occur...if you have a question about something in the catalog PLEASE ASK. 5. It is the BUYERS responsibility to ship/truck the item. WE WILL NOT BOX AN ITEM FOR SHIPPING. WE DO NOT CONTACT TRUCKERS!!! 6. We will make every attempt to not make mistakes in typing this catalog. If you feel there is a mistake, please contact us.
