Terms for Duwa’s Auction Service LLC:
Bidders understand that ALL items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” & ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders also understand & acknowledge that all on-line purchases are subject to a Buyer’s premium of 5% capped at $1000.

Duwa’s Auction Service LLC has been in business over 35 years & works hard to present merchandise with honesty & integrity. We will describe with detail each item listed, but Duwa’s Auction Service LLC will not be held liable or responsible for any faults or errors in the description of the merchandise to be auctioned unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. The information contained herein has been acquired from sources deemed to be reliable. We have no reason to doubt the accuracy, but we do not guarantee it. No warranty or guarantee is implied by the Seller or the Auction Firm. Bidders understand & acknowledge that on-line examination may not be as clear as if the item was examined in person. Bidders take full responsibility to determine condition, age, value and all other factors of the listed piece of merchandise. Duwa’s Auction Service LLC shall assume no liability for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided. All critical details shall be independently verified by the Bidders.

Listings can be updated or corrected without notice.

Duwa’s Auction Service LLC shall not be responsible for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders, be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmissions could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds, but is not responsible for the final result of delays.

Bidders agree that all items are sold “AS IS”, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & ALL ITEMS SHALL BE PAID to Duwa’s Auction Service LLC, by WIRE TRANSFER on or before 5:00pm CST on the first Monday following the Auction the item was purchased at. Duwa’s Auction Service will email your invoice following the auction with wiring instructions to the email address provided to Bid caller. Purchaser shall be responsible to pay for item/s purchased, the Buyer’s premium & for any & all wiring charges/ bank fees associated with the wire transfer to Duwa’s Auction Service LLC’s wire account.

No items shall be removed from Auction Site until paid in full. Purchasers are responsible to pickup & remove all purchases from the Auction Site within 14 days of the purchase. If the item is not picked up within 30 days of the auction, the sale is forfeited, funds are non-refundable, and the item becomes the property of the Auction Company.
