All Purchased Items MUST be Removed within 5 Business Days of the Auction - Contact us Prior to Sale Day for Special Removal Arrangements
All Sales are Final, Highest Bidder is Responsible for Purchasing the Item they Bid on
Winning Bidders/Buyer's will be held responsible to pay for ANY & ALL collection efforts on behalf of Watts Auction, Realty, and Appraisals, Inc. - This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, filing fees, or collection fees that may be incurred by Watts in efforts to collect from unpaid bidders

Any Invoice not paid by Wednesday, March 12, at 5 PM WILL BE subject to an additional 10% Late Fee!

All Hard-Wired Machines have been Disconnected and Prepared for Transportation. Please note that we do not have the capabilities to move the Chicago Press Brake, Wysong Sheer, or MultiCam Router Table. Buyers will be responsible for scheduling their own removal of these Items.
