Load out hours: Day of auction until 7:00 PM, days following the auction Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday from 1:00 - 5:00 PM, or Saturday from 8:00 - 11:00 AM.� By appointment after that by calling the office at 330-227-3233. Load out rules:� All Buyers / Drivers are responsible for helping load the items they are receiving.� The loader operators are not responsible for hand loading, manually arranging loads or strapping.� Rogers Community Auction and it�s employees are not responsible for any unsafe loads leaving the facility, if a request to load is deemed "unsafe" by any Rogers Community Auction employee they can refuse to load. If the driver does not inform the operator of how they want the items loaded, the items will not be loaded. All drivers must have a copy of your invoice to present when they check in with the Auction and Corporate Office. 20' & 40' containers needing the crane to load will not be loaded out on auction day or the Saturday following. The office will need notified 24 hours in advance so that the appropriate crew and machines are available.
