Information Lot - Please Read Information Lot - Please Read , Loadout: Free loadout will be available by appointment ONLY for 3 weeks post auction, There will be Saturday loadout the 5th from 8AM to 1 PM, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Please note yard will be closed on Sept 7th on Labor day. Any Items not picked up within 30 days after the auction will be considered abandoned. Payment:Payment terms: Sales Tax 7%. 10% Onsite, 13% Online Buyer's Premium on bid.brightstarauctions, and 15% Online Buyer's Premium for Bidspotter, EquipmentFacts and Proxibid, in effect for all purchases. Cash, check, wire transfer. Cash Payments totaling $10,000 or more will not be accepted. Being that this is a two-day auction, even if you pay the first day, you will not be able to split two different cash payments. If they equal more than 10,000, it would be considered one transaction. Credit cards are only accepted on invoices with a total of less than $2500. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of your invoice. Onsite buyers, payment is due the day of the auction. Onsite payments will only be accepted at the auction location on auction day up to one hour post auction. After that, payment must be made to the corporate office by calling 574-825-0704. If onsite bidders wish to send a wire and still be assessed only the onsite buyer’s premium, they must present a bank letter of credit (with limit stated equal to or higher than the amount owed by bidder) and wire must be sent no later than one business day after the auction.
