INTERNET BUYERS TERMS
By registering as an internet bidder, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Buyer’s premium of 5% added to the bid price. There will be no sales tax on the items.

Full payment must be made no later than end of business Tuesday – September 15, 2026. All online purchase must be paid via wire transfer to D/M Auctions LLC.

An invoice will be sent after auction using the email address registered with “Auctiontime”/ “Equipmentfacts”. This invoice will be sent out by D/M Auctions LLC and payment will be made to D/M Auctions LLC with wiring instructions to be included on invoice.

Everything is sold as is, where is in its present condition. Each item is represented as honestly as possible by the owner, but each bidder/buyer should do their own due diligence and bid accordingly.

Each buyer is responsible for making full payment for their purchases before anything is removed.

Removal time will be no later than October 5, 2026. Anything left at auction site after October 5, 2026 will revert back to seller and be removed and disposed of by D/M Auctions LLC.
If equipment needs to be disassembled to load or move, this will be the buyer’s job and responsibility and cost to the buyer.

Buyer understands and agrees that the owner, auctioneers, and Auctiontime/Equipmentfacts, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage or injury whatsoever related to this auction or the removal of items from this auction.

Buyers/bidders understand and agree that the description of the lots in the catalog are best described by the owner but are not guaranteed and buyer holds harmless the auctioneers and Auctiontime/Equipmentfacts of any discrepancies. Any changes know by the auctioneers will be announced at the time that lot is offered up for sale.

AuctionTime/Equipmentfacts is providing internet live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the Auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against AuctionTime/ Equipmenfacts, D/M Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Announcements made day of Auction take precedence over printed material.
