BUYER'S TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering and bidding in this auction, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. • 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases. 1.5% Online Premium will be added ADDITIONALLY to anything purchased on this online platform. • Tennessee state and applicable local sales tax will be collected unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is provided before payment. • Payment is due by Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM (ET). Accepted payment methods include Cash, Cashier's Check, Approved Check, Wire Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card (processing fees may apply). No items will be released until paid in full. • Pickup Deadline: All purchases must be removed by Friday, September 25, 2026. If additional time is needed, buyers must contact Rambler Auction Co. before the deadline. Unclaimed items may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned. • All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. • All bids are final. Buyers are responsible for every bid placed under their bidder number. • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer immediately upon the auctioneer declaring the item sold. • Buyers are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting all purchases. • Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of bidding privileges, resale of the item(s), and collection of any resulting losses and expenses. • Rambler Auction Co. reserves the right to reject bids, settle disputes, withdraw items, or refuse service. Announcements made by the auction company take precedence over all printed or online advertising.
