Marshall Machinery, Inc. charges 10% Buyers Premium with a $500.00 cap per item. There is also a 2% internet provider fee charged by the online provider with no cap (this fee is in addition to the Buyers Premium). Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

All buyers will be assessed a 6% sales tax unless a sales tax exemption form is provided at the time of bid.

The Auction House has described the Lots in the catalog to the best of their ability. The Auction House or its Auctioneers take no liability whatever in respect to any faults, deficiencies, and errors of any description, oral or written, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, hours, years, age, condition or quality of any Lot. All statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Auctioneer may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold 'as is' and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Marshall Machinery Inc is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. The Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Marshall Machinery Inc or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Marshall Machinery Inc will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the live auction begins.

Due to ongoing daily business, Lots may be added or deleted up until the day of the Auction live start time.

All items to be removed from the auction site within 10 business days of the sale ending. Unless prior arrangements have been made, a storage fee of $20 per day per item may be charged for any item not removed from the auction yard. Any item not removed from the auction lot within 90 days of the sale ending will be considered abandoned and subject to resale or removal by the auction company.
