Marshall Machinery, Inc. charges 10% Buyers Premium with a $500.00 cap per item. There is also a 2% internet provider fee charged by the online provider with no cap (this fee is in addition to the Buyers Premium). Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

All buyers will be assessed a 6% sales tax unless a sales tax exemption form is provided at the time of bid.

Marshall Machinery Inc is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. The Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Marshall Machinery Inc or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Marshall Machinery Inc will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the live auction begins.
