TERMS:
Online Buyer's Premium: 10% buyer's premium plus 2.5% online fee for a total premium of 12.5% capped at $2,250. (For example: If you purchase a piece at $50,000, your buyer's premium on that lot would be $2,250)

On-site Buyer's Premium: 10% buyer's premium capped at $1500 per item. (For example: If you purchase a piece at $50,000, your buyer's premium on that lot would be $1,500)

All announcements made on the day of the auction from the auction block take precedent over printed or electronically produced media.

Payment, Pickup & Shipping Terms:
Payment Info: Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card will be accepted on purchases under $2500 (a 4% convenience fee added to the total invoice price of all credit card purchases) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be paid in full within 3 business days of the end of the auction. If items are not paid for within the specified payment dates, Butler Auctioneers LLC has the authority to charge the credit card on file for any outstanding invoices, including storage fees.

Pickup: All Items must be removed no later than October 3rd, 2026, by 12:00pm Central time, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Items cannot be removed until full purchase price has been paid. All items left over night will be full responsibility of the buyers. All items not removed by October 3rd, 2026, at 12:00pm central time will be charged a $20 per item, per day fee without prior arrangements being made with the auction company. Any items not picked up by the last scheduled pickup day without arrangements being made with the auction company will be considered abandoned and resold with the auction company retaining all proceeds from the resale of the item.

TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items unless out of state or a dealer. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. Titles will be mailed to out-of-state buyers.

SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer.
Credit Card Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover. An additional 4% convenience fee for credit card payment will be added to the invoice. All credit card sales are final, no refunds on credit card payments. A maximum amount of $2,500 will be accepted as payment on a credit card. MILEAGE/HOURS STATED BASED ON CURRENT READING
All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment.

Butler Auctioneers, LLC, reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you agree to the terms as they are written at that time.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions the bidder is allowing Butler Auctioneers LLC to send them reminder emails and text with auction information. There is an opt out option in the emails and text if the bidder does not want to receive the reminders.
BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) loss of bidding privileges with Butler Auctioneers, LLC. $50 returned check fee.
