2. Buyers Premium & Internet Fees

All purchases are subject to:

3. Vehicle & Trailer Title Fees

A **$99 title processing fee** will be charged for **each titled vehicle or trailer**, regardless of the buyer?s state of residence. No exceptions.

- **Georgia residents** are subject to **TAVT (Title Ad Valorem Tax)** where applicable.

The Buyer acknowledges by his or her participation in this auction, that he/she and the auction company hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and local courts of GORDON County, Georgia, United States of America for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Auction, and further agree not to commence any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Auction except in state and local courts of GORDON County, Georgia, United States of America.

12) The Buyer acknowledges by his or her participation in the auction that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth.
