If you are tax exempt, you MUST reply to the invoice email and attached a copy of your tax exemption information. We DO NOT keep this information between auctions.
Since we sell live and on 3 different platforms online, the winning bid status on any given platform may not show the correct information when the lot closes. You will officially have won a lot when you receive the unpaid invoice at the end auction on 9/26/2026.
Invoices for internet purchases will be EMAILED as a PDF attachment and will include the total price (hammer price + buyer’s premium). PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE WITH EQUIPMENTFACTS. All titled vehicles and titled items are subject to a $50.00 Title FedEx Fee. Titles will be sent FedEx within 28 days of auction date. NO TITLES will be given out on the day of the auction. All purchases must be removed within 10 days of auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. After 10/6/2026 there will be a $25 per/ day storage fee, and a $50 gate fee charged to meet and loadout. This must be paid in cash! Items not removed within 45 days of auction date will be considered abandoned and become the property of ATM Auctions and Realty LLC with no recourse to buyer.
