BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU ARE ENTERING A BINDING CONTRACT WITH NORTH COUNTRY AUCTIONS AND
YOU, THE BIDDER, SHALL ABIDE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL UNITS THAT REQUIRE A TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $100 PAPERWORK FEE.

CREDIT CARDS = 13.5

A NON-REFUNDABLE RE-LISTING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ITEMS WON PER THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:
up to $5,000 – 25% up to $10,000 – 20%
$10,000 - $20,000 – 15% over $20,000 – 10%

1. All items are sold “as is where is”. There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be NO REFUNDS.
2. All announcements made on auction day supersede all past announcements and listings.
3. The auctioneer makes no guarantee that any items sold conform to any/all safety standards, or are of an age, make, model or condition as listed in our catalog. North Country Auctions encourages all bidders to do their own research and bid accordingly. If you are uncertain about an item we encourage you not to bid.
4. If you are the highest bidder when item is announced sold, you are now the owner of said item even though you may not have paid for it yet. The items are the sole responsibility of you, the bidder, from this point on and assumes all risk, loss and/or damage.
5. Should any disputes arise between one or more bidders, the auctioneer has the sole opinion to sell the item to the highest bidder; the auctioneer reserves the right to put the item up for sale again.
6. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bids.
7. All invoices must be paid in full within 3 days. Any unpaid invoice that exceeds past 3 days may result in collection procedures.
8. NO PURCHASES MAY BE REMOVED FROM AUCTION SITE UNTIL THE INVOICE AND ANY STORAGE FEES ACCRUED (IF APPLICABLE, SEE SECTION 12 & 13) ARE PAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
9. All titles will be processed and mailed out via certified USPS within 4 weeks of auction date sale. No titles will be given out on auction day. You will be contacted by phone to confirm information. All titles will be completed in full to the registered buyer only. No exceptions.
10. Please note that all bidders are responsible for researching title information, title history (Including but not limited to CarFax, AutoCheck, etc.) and resale procedures for their residency state prior to bidding. North Country Auctions is not responsible for retitling or obtaining further title or registration information other than what was provided to North Country Auctions prior to/during the present sale. North Country Auctions has no prior knowledge of title history.
11. All non-registerable items sold will be subject to the state tax rate of the auction location unless a tax exemption form is provided.
12. All purchases must be picked up and removed within 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
13. Any item remaining after 10 days will be charged a $50 storage fee per lot per day until removed. If not removed in 30 days, said item will become the property of the auctioneer, regardless if paid in full.
14. North Country Auctions is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, and their representatives and further agrees to hold North Country Auctions harmless from any personal injury to themselves, their property or agents attending the auction with registrant. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult and are under the responsibility of said adult.
15. North Country Auctions is exempt from any liability connected with the transport and removal of purchases and future uses of equipment purchased on the auction's sale date.
16. NORTH COUNTRY AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
17. North Country Auctions will assist in the best of their abilities to load bidders. No purchase will be loaded without a paid receipt for items and any storage fees if applicable.
18. North Country Auctions is not liable for any damages loaded under direction of the bidder or transporter.

The bidder gives up their ability to dispute any charges by the auctioneer/auction house; TTNCA North Country Auctions, LLC.

NOTE: We now accept payments for RTP (Real Time Payments) for domestic customers.
