The unit features a vertical hydraulic cylinder with a coil spring return mechanism and a yellow-painted structural mast column. Two adjustable side arms with hook-style cradle attachments are designed to engage and lift drums or barrels. The rolling base is fitted with heavy-duty casters for maneuverability. The unit appears to be a manually operated hydraulic lift intended for drum handling, positioning, and stacking applications. Significant paint loss and surface rust are visible on the mast column, consistent with heavy industrial use.
