The item must be paid for by Tuesday at 3:30 PM and removed by Thursday following the sale. Pickup and in person payment will begin Monday at 7:00 a.m.

Pickup and in person payment will begin Monday at 7:00 a.m. A $25.00 storage fee per vehicle and palatalized miscellaneous will be charged per day if the items are not picked up by Thursday following the auction.

Western Sales Management will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.

Western Sales Management shall designate the winning bidder after each item is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, Western Sales Management reserves the right to reopen the bidding. Western Sales Management's designation of a buyer shall be final.

In the event of a customer withdrawing payment of item, there will be a 13% cash restocking fee and bidding privileges will be revoked. Western Sales Management Llc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
