Equipped with front and rear smooth steel drums, articulated chassis, drum scrapers, water tanks, open operator platform with guardrails, steering wheel with spinner knob, travel control lever, analog instrument gauges, indicator lights, and work lights. Visible paint wear, surface corrosion, rust perforation around the instrument panel, and torn operator seat upholstery. Hours are the displayed meter reading. Engine, travel, vibration, steering and water system functions were not tested.
