Items not picked-up during the scheduled days/times will be subject to storage fees per item per day (amount determined by auction house on a case-by-case basis) and/or forfeited without refund. Please contact the auction house PRIOR TO BIDDING for any special arrangements that you may need Winning bidders are responsible for safe and proper removal of item(s). Please bring additional help along with packing and moving materials to ensure you can successfully pick your items up Any special arrangements or services, IF AVAILABLE, and at Auction House's discretion, are subject to additional fees; these services may include, but are not limited to: pick-up arrangements outside of posted days/times, forklift loading, physical labor assistance, and/or daily storage.
