***Please read all terms & conditions before bidding*** YOU MUST PRE-INSPECT PRIOR TO OUR AUCTION, OR CALL Aaron or Joel at (563) 933-4188. If you're unsure of what you are bidding on, DO NOT BID!
LIVE AUCTION WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 AM!
⚠️ Buyers must read and COMPREHEND ALL terms and conditions before bidding. When registering, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC and its employees are not in the business of intentionally misrepresenting equipment or misleading buyers with descriptions or pictures. However, we can absolutely guarantee without any doubt we will make a few mistakes, and there will be errors in this catalog. Any errors made in picturing or describing items DO NOT negate the buyer’s responsibility to pay for their purchases. We will make every attempt possible to correct these errors before each lot hits the Auction block. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure each item meets his or her needs and requirements before placing any bids.
⚠️ NEW PAYMENT & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ
Credit/Debit Card Required for Registration:
A valid credit or debit card is required during registration. As part of the registration process, a $1 verification of available funds or available credit will be performed. No money is collected or charged at the time of registration. This verification simply confirms that the card has at least $1 in available funds or available credit.
Credit and debit cards are not an accepted payment method. Buyers are responsible for submitting payment using one of the accepted payment methods listed below within the required payment period.
By registering for this auction and agreeing to these terms, the Buyer authorizes Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC to charge the credit or debit card on file if payment has not been received and the Buyer has not communicated with Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC by the payment deadline of 4:30 PM CST on Tuesday, November 24, 2026.
On Wednesday, November 25, 2026:
• If the Buyer’s outstanding balance is less than $500.00, the full outstanding balance will be charged to the credit or debit card on file.
• If the Buyer’s outstanding balance exceeds $500.00, a $500.00 payment will be charged to the credit or debit card on file and applied toward the outstanding balance. The Buyer remains responsible for paying the remaining balance in full.
The $500 verification performed during registration is not a payment or deposit and is not applied toward the Buyer’s invoice. A charge will occur only as described above if the Buyer fails to pay and has not communicated with Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC by the payment deadline. A 3% convenience fee applies to any amount actually charged to the credit or debit card.
Any attempt to reverse, dispute, charge back, stop, or otherwise prevent an authorized credit or debit card payment after it has been processed because of an unpaid balance shall be treated as non-payment and may result in the same consequences outlined above, including but not limited to loss of bidding privileges, collection action, additional fees, and criminal prosecution, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Additional information regarding late fees is provided below under Payment Terms.

Reminder: For onsite auctions, all members of our team are at the auction location and not in the office. For questions, please call us before auction day, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST at (563) 933-4188. For more information on technical support or registration assistance, see Registration below.
Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC recommends that Bidders preview equipment prior to bidding. You may contact us prior to the Auction to speak with a representative. Items are located at 33587 Highway 13, Strawberry Point, Iowa 52076. We put forth every effort to describe and represent equipment accurately and to the best of our ability. Please call ahead as soon as possible, as the days are extremely busy right before the sale and there may not be enough time to answer all questions received. Also listen to the auctioneer’s description live on sale day.
IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGE: Effective immediately, Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC will no longer release title, registration, certificate of origin, or other ownership documents at the time of payment, including payments made by cash or cashier's check. All ownership documents will be processed after payment has been received and verified to ensure Buyers receive all documentation necessary for title transfer and registration.
How We Bid for You When You’re Not Here — Your Max Is Not Our Starting Point:
Absentee Bidding: Absentee bidding allows a buyer to submit the maximum amount they are willing to spend on an item if they are unable to bid live. Absentee bids are not automatically run up to the maximum amount submitted. Just like a live auction, we don’t jump straight to your top number—we bid only as needed to secure the item. We are an honest auction company that values our integrity and long-standing relationships with our customers, and absentee bids are handled fairly and competitively in accordance with these principles. An absentee bid works the same way as having a number in your head while attending a live auction; no one knows that number except the bidder. The same applies to absentee bids: the maximum bid amount is known only to the staff member who takes the bid and the auctioneer and clerks in the auction truck so they can bid competitively on the buyer’s behalf in their absence. Absentee bidders must call the office at (563) 933-4188 PRIOR to Auction Day to leave an absentee bid and must provide the auction name, lot number or stock number, item name, maximum bid amount, first and last name, address, phone number, email address (for invoicing and tax-exempt documentation, if applicable), and tax-exempt status (if applicable). Buyers may change, increase, or modify their absentee bid at any time up to 4:00 PM (CST) the day before the auction. Absentee bids must be submitted before the day of the sale and cannot be changed, increased, or modified on auction day for any reason, including if the current online bid exceeds the bidder’s submitted maximum. We will make every effort to contact winning absentee bidders the following business day. At this time, we do not participate in real-time phone bidding, as we already offer multiple platforms and methods for bidding.
Special Note: Please understand that we are transitioning to new auction software platforms, and some processes may take longer than normal. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this period as we work together respectfully to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Registration:
Bidders must register and be approved by Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC and/or EquipmentFacts prior to bidding at the auction. To better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. Financing:
SPECIAL NOTE: IF YOU NEED FINANCING, YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE AND BE PRE-APPROVED BY US BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE BIDDING OR BUYER’S PROCESS. PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE SEVERAL DAYS PRIOR TO THE AUCTION TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR APPROVAL at (563) 933-4188.
FINANCING: Financing is available through Troy Vosberg at Finance Scope, and you must be pre-approved by us prior to the auction. For best results, please contact our office or Troy several days before the auction to get approved. You may reach Troy at Finance Scope’s Direct Line, (701) 640-4023 or by email at TroyVosberg@FinanceScope.com.
If Troy is unavailable, contact Laura Victor at Finance Scope at (877) 687-1444, email info@FinanceScope.com, or visit FinanceScope.com.
Troy and his team at Finance Scope specialize in equipment financing and are highly recommended for their fast approvals, competitive rates, and outstanding customer service. You may also contact the financial institution of your choice for financing if you prefer to work with your own lender.
Due to problems and delinquencies with Currency Capital in the past, we will NOT accept their financing on any items sold.
NOTE: New or unknown bidders must provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee. We prefer that the letter be emailed to info@EverittTractors.com prior to bidding or prior to auction day. The letter must state that your bank will guarantee payment up to a specified amount. Buyers who prefer not to email their Bank Letter of Guarantee, but who have spoken with us prior to bidding, must provide a hard copy at the time of registration or payment. If you plan to email a copy, please call (563) 933-4188 first.
All live purchases must be paid for the day of the sale – NO EXCEPTIONS! Detailed methods of accepted payment are listed below. Failure to follow these terms will result in loss of bidding privileges and may lead to further action.
Invoices:
Invoices will be issued after the completion of the auction and once all bidding data has been finalized.
Once all auction data has been transferred from EquipmentFacts to Joel’s Tractors & Auction, LLC, official invoices will be generated and sent to the email address on file. All invoices will be sent as a PDF attachment from info@EverittTractors.com. In certain circumstances, this process will take up to 3 business days.
Joel’s Tractors & Auction, LLC will make its best effort to email invoices to buyers by mid-morning on Monday, November 23rd to the email address used at registration.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and for monitoring their email (including spam/junk folders) for invoice delivery. Failure to receive an invoice, whether due to an incorrect email address, email delivery issues, or any other reason, does not relieve the buyer of responsibility for payment.
If you do not receive an emailed invoice and believe you have successfully purchased one or more items, you are responsible for contacting our office at (563) 933-4188. For all invoice inquiries, please have your bidder name and bidder number available.
Joel’s Tractors & Auction, LLC acknowledges that errors may occur in invoices and reserves the right to review, correct, and modify any invoice in the event of errors, omissions, or necessary adjustments. In such cases, the corrected invoice and/or updated payment instructions issued by Joel’s Tractors & Auction, LLC shall take precedence over any prior invoice or instructions.
Buyer’s Premium: To enable bidders to participate in our auctions using the internet through Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC and/or EquipmentFacts platform(s) without the travel expense and lost time, buyers will pay an additional Buyer’s Premium fee equal to 5% of the purchase price with a $15 minimum and $1500 cap per item. There is not a fee to register, watch, listen, or bid. These fees apply only to internet buyers.
Sales Tax: A 6% state sales tax and 1% local option sales tax (total of 7%) applies on all lawn and garden items, construction equipment, and non-farm applicable items. Links to the Iowa Sales Tax Exemption Form and ACH Debit Authorization Form are located on your invoice that has been emailed to you. These forms are also available at EverittTractors.com → Company → Documents. Dealers must sign the exemption certificate to claim exemption and include their sales-tax permit number. Farmers must sign an exemption on all farm-exempt items. If you cannot claim an exemption, then you are responsible for 7% sales tax on your total purchase price, including farm-related equipment.
Payment Terms:
Payment must be made within three (3) business days of the auction, no later than 4:30 PM CST on Tuesday, November 24th.
LATE PAYMENT FEE: A $50.00 late payment fee will be added to any account that is not paid in full by the payment deadline stated above. If the account remains unpaid, an additional $50.00 late payment fee may be added each day until the invoice is paid in full. Failure to remit payment in full within the required time frame may also result in loss of bidding privileges, collection action, additional fees, criminal prosecution, or any other remedy at the discretion of Joel’s Tractors and Auction, LLC.
