    All items sold at Dynamite Auction Company are sold as-is, where is with no warranty and all sales are final. Payment will be accepted by cash, check, credit card, or wire transfer. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all purchases. An additional 3% charge will be added on all items purchased through Equipment Facts. An additional 4% charge will be added on all credit card purchases. No credit card purchases allowed over $3,000. A $25 charge will be added on all wire transfers. Wire transfers will be accepted Monday and Tuesday for online purchases only. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases at 9.75% unless you have a tax resale number or farm exempt card with you on the day of sale. All payments are due in full on the day of the auction.
