    All general surplus items must be removed within this time frame. 5 business days for local buyers & 10 business days for out of state buyers.  Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM - 4:30PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver - digital copies are acceptable. *Any items left on the yard may be subject to storage fees ($25/lot/day) and are likely to revert to auction property and be placed in the next auction and sold to the highest bidder with no recourse.   NO LOADING ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND FOR OFF-SITE ITEMS. YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO LOAD ALL OFF-SITE ITEMS YOURSELF.   *NO ASSISTANCE WITH HAND LOADING.
