Bidders are encouraged to view items in person. Items are sold as-is, where-is unless otherwise specified. There will be additional fees for any labor (such as tear down for transport) or loading beyond what is available on site. Any small items that can be boxed and shipped will carry a $50 handling fee plus cost of shipping. Serious bidders only and immediate payment required.
