The unit consists of a heavy-duty steel base platform with rubber anti-slip matting, a scissor-lift assembly actuated by a hydraulic cylinder, and a surrounding safety cage/guardrail structure with caution warning labels on both sides. The platform base appears to be constructed with a molded rubber or composite non-slip deck surface with integrated forklift pocket slots for secure attachment to the forklift carriage.
