Terms:  All Items must be removed no later than November 28th at 12 noon.  Load out will me M-F 8:30-4:30 and Saturday 8:30-Noon.  !!CLOSED ON SUNDAY!! !!WE WILL ALSO BE CLOSED THANKSGIVING DAY and THANKSGIVING EVE 8:30-Noon!!  Any Item Remaining onsite after November 28th are subject to $25 per day storage fee. **Bank Letter of Credit Must be provided to bid.  Online Buyers may be subject to a credit card hold to participate in the auction.** Bidding Premiums: In Person/ Onsite Bidding Fee is 1% Bidding Fee is 3% Equipmentfacts Bidding Fee is 4% Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing.   -Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory. MS Trauma Fee of $50 applies on SxS, ATVs, Golf Carts, Dirt Bikes, and Motorcycles    Mississippi Sales Tax 7%   ***REDUCED RATE 1.5% QUALIFICATIONS - IN STATE (MS) RESIDENTS ONLY*** -Signed Affidavit (Form 72-620) for Farmer Purchasing Tractors, Farm Implements, and/or Parts -Signed Certificate of Farmer Purchasing ATV or UTV   ***TAX EXEMPTION QUALIFICATIONS - OUT OF STATE *** -Signed Affidavit (Form 72-315) MS Out of State Delivery or 48 Hour Drive Out.  The purchaser is responsible for the use tax on any equipment purchased for use in their home state with this signed affidavit. -Certificate of Resale   Payment Must be received within 3 business days of auction ending. Payment may be made by Bank Wire, Cash, or Check made payable to Riles Auctions LLC.     Bidders are personally responsible for any bids made with their Bidding Number. If the highest bid for any particular lot is submitted using your Bidding Number, you are responsible and liable for any payments due hereunder, without protest, set-off or claim against Riles Auctions LLC.   The highest bidder for each lot shall be the purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneer, BidWrangler, and/or Equipmentfacts shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute as they determine or to re-offer the lot for sale.   Riles Auctions LLC. shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising (including but not limited to costs of attendance of Bidders at the Auction) from any Lots not presented for sale.   The Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth herein.   *Terms subject to change.
